What’s Included
  • Exclusive use of The Yellow Field’s 3-acre event field Friday through Sunday for rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception
  • 44 x 83 sailcloth tent (Fits up to 175 people) set in open grass for a classic outdoor reception
  • Luxury restroom trailer (2–3 stalls)
  • Full-service shuttle for guests on the wedding day. Guest parking is a few minutes away at Summit Community Church, and a private shuttle is included for a smooth, effortless arrival to the farm.
  • Parking at Summit Community Church (Shuttle picks up and drops off during wedding)
  • Access to the farmhouse on the wedding day. Including: Large barn for vendor storage and a private walkout area for the wedding party, Sun Room for band or additional guest, use of Dining Room, large Studio space for getting ready, and Kitchen (not for caterer prep)
  • Erin and Maslen on site all weekend to oversee property logistics and support vendors
  • Use of the grounds for rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception
  • Setup access available Wednesday or Thursday prior to the wedding weekend

Requirements

A licensed day-of wedding planner or coordinator is required for all weddings at The Yellow Field.
Additional Notes
  • The farmhouse is available for The Meadow weddings only.
  • Outdoor amplified music must end by 10 PM in accordance with town ordinance.
  • The Yellow Field is a working farm and historic property — events are meant to feel natural, timeless, and connected to the land.

The Lorton

Single-day Events

A place to gather, celebrate, and connect. The Lorton is designed for single-day events — reunions, birthdays, company outings, and family-style dinners that bring people together under the open Maine sky. The Boxwood

By the Hour

Available by the hour, The Boxwood offers a stunning natural setting for photographers, filmmakers, and creative teams. The property’s open fields, orchard, and historic farmhouse exteriors provide timeless backdrops for lifestyle shoots, product photography, and editorial projects — all surrounded by the quiet beauty of The Yellow Field.

  • Independent photographers: $95/hour (3-hour minimum)
  • Corporate or editorial shoots: $1,500/day

  • Access to fields, orchard, gardens, and antique farm buildings for the duration of your shoot
  • Exterior farmhouse access for lifestyle or branding imagery
  • Parking and easy load-in for vehicles and equipment
  • Power access available at the main farmhouse for lighting or equipment as needed

Requirements
  • Advance booking and approval of all photography or film projects
  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) required for commercial or editorial productions

  • Interior farmhouse access may be arranged separately upon approval.
  • Drone, prop, or large-scale production setups must be pre-approved.
  • Horses and animals may be included in shoots with supervision.
