Welcome to The Yellow Field, a tented wedding and event venue designed for celebration in the open air.

Spread out across meadows and old apple orchards, with granite-edged gardens and winding paths that lead past a classic white 1774 farmhouse and weathered cedar-shake barns, the farm offers endless ways to gather: elegant receptions beneath a sailcloth tent, relaxed rehearsal dinners under the stars, or food-truck–style block parties glowing with twinkle lights.

With sweeping views, historic outbuildings, and endless photo opportunities, the setting feels both relaxed and refined. Whether your vision is simple or detailed, intimate or grand, The Yellow Field is a flexible canvas ready to bring it all to life.

The Meadow

Our signature tented wedding experience —The Meadow offers couples a relaxed and beautiful hilltop farm setting with space to gather, celebrate, and explore. From your ceremony in the historic orchard to dinner and dancing under the stars, the weekend unfolds with ease and intention across 10 acres of light, landscape, and connection.

Capacity: Up to 175 guests

Exclusive use of The Yellow Field’s 3-acre event field Friday through Sunday for rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception
44 x 83 sailcloth tent (Fits up to 175 people) set in open grass for a classic outdoor reception
Luxury restroom trailer (2–3 stalls)
Full-service shuttle for guests on the wedding day. Guest parking is a few minutes away at Summit Community Church, and a private shuttle is included for a smooth, effortless arrival to the farm.
Parking at Summit Community Church (Shuttle picks up and drops off during wedding)
Access to the farmhouse on the wedding day. Including: Large barn for vendor storage and a private walkout area for the wedding party, Sun Room for band or additional guest, use of Dining Room, large Studio space for getting ready, and Kitchen (not for caterer prep)
Erin and Maslen on site all weekend to oversee property logistics and support vendors
Use of the grounds for rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception
Setup access available Wednesday or Thursday prior to the wedding weekend
Power and water available at the farmhouse for rehearsals or small gatherings
Generator included for wedding receptions in the field to ensure sufficient power for catering, lighting, and music

We’re happy to include any additional items you’d like, and your planner will help you decide what’s needed to bring your vision to life.

A licensed day-of wedding planner or coordinator is required for all weddings at The Yellow Field.

The farmhouse is available for The Meadow weddings only.
Outdoor amplified music must end by 10 PM in accordance with town ordinance.
The Yellow Field is a working farm and historic property — events are meant to feel natural, timeless, and connected to the land.
